With over 28 years of industry experience, Erin joined Quail Creek Bank in 2009 to develop treasury management services for the bank’s corporate clientele. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2012 and transitioned into this new role as the Chief Communication & Innovation Officer in the Fall of 2017 overseeing all treasury services, product development, and digital communications. Erin’s previous banking experience includes management roles in both lending and depository areas of banking.
Erin is a graduate of Oklahoma State University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Banking from the University of Colorado.
Erin has served in numerous leadership roles, both civic and charitable, including but not limited to Central Oklahoma United Way, American Cancer Society, Downtown OKC Kiwanis Club, and LifeChurch.

Basic Computer Skills
For Adult Learners – earn a free laptop upon completion

Community Literacy Centers, in partnership with AT&T, offers free (no cost to the student) digital literacy courses that help adult learners (ages 18-99) build computer skills for work and life.
Classes are taught in 3 parts -- Part 1 on June 10, Part 2 on June 17 and Part 3 on June 24. Courses teach six skills, including: use of computers, tablets and cellphones. PLUS, eligible students who complete the entire program over the three training dates will receive a brand new laptop, provided by CLC and AT&T
Class Information
Dates and Times: Classes are taught in 3 parts. Each part is offered morning (9-11 a.m.) and evening (5-7 p.m.) on each training date.

Course Topics Include:

Internet Basics: Learn to navigate websites and use search engines effectively.

Email Basics: Set up and manage your email account, including composing, replying, and organizing messages.

Computer Safety and Cybersecurity Basics: Understand account and password security, recognize online scams, and protect your personal information.

Computer Basics: Get comfortable using a PC or Mac, including file management and desktop navigation.

Tablet Basics: Discover how to use tablets and mobile devices (iOS and Android), including using apps.

Video Conferencing: Learn to set up and participate in virtual meetings using popular web conferencing tools.

Who Should Enroll?
Eligible adult learners (ages 18-99) looking to enhance their skills for personal growth, work growth, and staying connected with friends and family.

Requirements for completion – to earn a certificate of completion and laptop you must:

Be 18 years or older and live in Oklahoma County or nearby.

Come to all 3 classes on June 10, 17 and 24.

Take a test before and after the classes.

Score 80% or more on the final test.

If receiving a computer: come to the setup meeting to get my laptop.

Use the laptop for your learning and do not sell it or give it away.
