A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
Community Literacy Centers is a place where adults learn to read in a safe, welcoming environment. For many adults, CLC provides a second chance at life and opens new doors of opportunity. We provide free classroom instruction to approximately 1,000 adults each year in Adult Basic Education, English as a Second language, High School equivalency classes and we are a HiSET testing site.

OUR STORY
Community Literacy Centers, Inc. (CLC) was established in 1987 as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to teaching adults to read.
BOARD & STAFF
We are a team who loves what we do – and we have the passion and determination to do just about anything.

CLASSES
Community Literacy Centers offers multiple services including: Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, High School Equivalency (HSE) classes, Workplace Learning Solutions (WLS), teacher workshops, and tutor training.
